3.1 Product descriptions in our online shop generally constitute an invitation to submit an order and not a legally binding offer.
3.2 Customers may place products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting an order, customers may review and correct their entries.
3.3 By clicking the button provided for completing the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
3.4 The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the customer's offer or fulfil the order by dispatching the goods. An automatically generated order confirmation generally confirms receipt of the order only, unless it expressly also constitutes acceptance.
3.5 For individually manufactured products, the contract may also be concluded on the basis of an individual order confirmation.
3.6 If a product has obviously been displayed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to inform the customer of the error and to reject the order or, where a contract has already been concluded, to exercise any statutory rights available to us.
3.7 The contract text will be stored after conclusion of the contract to the extent technically and legally required. Order data and contractual documents will be made available to the customer with the order confirmation or other contractual documentation.
4.1 The languages available for concluding a contract are indicated in the online shop.
4.2 For orders placed through the German-language version of the shop, German is the contractual language.
4.3 For orders placed through the English-language version of the shop, English is the contractual language.
4.4 In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the language version applicable to the respective contract shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
5.1 The prices displayed are total prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.2 For consumers, prices include applicable VAT where VAT is chargeable.
5.3 Any additional shipping costs are stated in the relevant product offer or, at the latest, during the checkout process.
5.4 For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees may apply. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, such costs are borne by the customer.
5.5 Available payment methods are displayed in the online shop or during checkout.
5.6 The purchase price is generally due upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise stated during checkout.
6.1 Delivery times are stated on the relevant product page or, at the latest, during checkout.
6.2 Products that are not in stock or are individually manufactured may require longer delivery times. The delivery period stated for the relevant product shall apply.
6.3 If delivery is temporarily impossible due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform the customer without undue delay.
6.4 Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer.
6.5 Mandatory statutory rules concerning the transfer of risk to consumers remain unaffected.
7.1 The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7.2 In transactions with business customers, the retention of title may also apply to claims arising from an ongoing business relationship, to the extent permitted by law.
8.1 Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
8.2 The details of the right of withdrawal are set out in our separate Withdrawal Policy, including the withdrawal form.
8.3 The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements, provided that the statutory requirements for the exclusion are met.
8.4 The mere fact that a product is offered in several standard variants does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
8.5 Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9.1 Statutory warranty and defect rights apply.
9.2 For consumers, statutory defect rights are not excluded or restricted to their disadvantage by these Terms.
9.3 For business customers, statutory defect provisions apply subject to the specific provisions applicable to businesses in these Terms.
9.4 Any additional guarantee exists only where expressly described as a guarantee for the relevant product and where the applicable guarantee conditions are provided.
9.5 A manufacturer's guarantee, where applicable, is independent of the customer's statutory rights and is governed by the manufacturer's respective guarantee conditions.
10.1 Individually manufactured or personalised products may be produced on the basis of customer specifications, including dimensions, colours, materials, inscriptions, engravings, designs, configurations or other individual requirements.
10.2 Where the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded due to the specific individual nature of the product, we will inform the consumer before the order is placed as required by law.
10.3 The right of withdrawal is not excluded merely because a customer selects a product from an existing range or chooses from standard options offered in the shop.
10.4 Statutory defect rights remain unaffected.
11.1 For products intended for installation in or use on vehicles, the customer is responsible for checking whether the product is suitable for the specific vehicle.
11.2 The vehicle compatibility information, technical requirements, installation instructions and intended use stated on the relevant product page must be observed.
11.3 For products requiring specialist technical knowledge, professional installation by a suitably qualified workshop is recommended.
11.4 The customer must comply with all applicable installation and safety instructions.
11.5 Where a product requires a specific approval, operating permit, registration, inspection, certification or other legal requirement, the customer is responsible for checking and complying with the applicable requirements before using the product.
11.6 Installation or modification of vehicle parts may affect the vehicle's operating permit. Under German road traffic regulations, an operating permit may expire in certain circumstances, including where a modification is expected to endanger road users or deteriorates the vehicle's exhaust or noise behaviour.
11.7 Products for which the relevant product page expressly states that they are not approved or intended for use on public roads must not be used on public roads contrary to that information.
11.8 Such products may, for example, be intended exclusively for motorsport, racing tracks, show purposes, testing facilities or other non-public areas. The specific product information and the laws applicable at the place of use shall always prevail.
11.9 The customer is responsible for determining whether the intended use is legally permissible in the country and jurisdiction in which the product is used.
11.10 Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory defect rights.
12.1 Products must only be used for their intended purpose.
12.2 Product, installation, safety and warning instructions must be observed before use.
12.3 Where special safety or warning information is required, it will be provided on the relevant product page, product packaging, instructions or by another suitable means.
12.4 Customers must not use products in a manner contrary to applicable laws or the stated safety instructions.
13.1 We are fully liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
13.2 Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains subject to statutory law.
13.3 For damages caused by a negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is governed by statutory law. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damage to the extent permitted by law.
13.4 Mandatory statutory liability, including liability under applicable product liability legislation, remains unaffected.
13.5 Mandatory statutory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
14.1 This section applies exclusively to customers acting as businesses at the time of conclusion of the contract.
14.2 The statutory obligation of business customers to inspect goods and notify defects under Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies where its requirements are met.
14.3 For business customers, claims for defects are generally subject to a limitation period of one year from the statutory commencement of the limitation period, to the extent legally permissible. This does not apply where mandatory law provides for a longer limitation period or where such limitation is legally impermissible.
14.4 These limitations do not apply to claims arising from injury to life, body or health, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or where mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
14.5 Consumers' statutory right of withdrawal does not generally apply to business customers.
15.1 Consumers may set off claims against our claims in accordance with statutory law.
15.2 Business customers may only set off claims that are undisputed or legally established.
15.3 Business customers may exercise a right of retention only to the extent their counterclaim arises from the same contractual relationship and such right is legally permissible.
16.1 Individually manufactured products may be produced using files, images, logos or other materials supplied by the customer.
16.2 The customer warrants that they have the necessary rights to use materials supplied by them and that such use does not infringe third-party rights.
16.3 The customer shall indemnify us against justified third-party claims arising from an infringement of third-party rights caused by materials supplied by the customer, insofar as the customer is responsible for the infringement.
16.4 Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our current Privacy Policy, which is available in our online shop.
18.1 Amendments to these Terms shall apply to contracts already concluded only where legally permissible and where an appropriate agreement with the customer has been reached.
18.2 The version of the Terms published at the time of conclusion of a new contract shall apply to that contract.
19.1 Contracts with business customers shall be governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
19.2 Contracts with consumers shall be governed by German law to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected where those provisions provide greater protection to the consumer.
20.1 For contracts with merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the courts at our registered business location in Telgte, Germany, shall have jurisdiction to the extent legally permissible.
20.2 For consumers, the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.
21.1 We are generally neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless legally required to do so.
21.2 Mandatory statutory information requirements concerning consumer dispute resolution remain unaffected.
21.3 Where statutory law requires us to provide information about a competent consumer dispute resolution body after a dispute has arisen, we will provide that information in the legally prescribed form.
21.4 The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform must no longer be referenced. The platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025.
22.1 If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply instead.
22.2 The validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
22.3 Individual agreements with customers take precedence over these Terms where validly agreed.
